My favourite CO, Sami, from the video game, Advance Wars DS. I got lazy and didn't draw her ammunition belt and trouser pouches. Maybe next time. :)

Used OpenCanvas as well as Paint Shop Pro. PSP for line art and OC for "inking" and colouring.
